Both The Louisiana Regional Chili Cook-Off and The Louisiana State Chili Cook-Off events are sanctioned events by the International Chili Society (ICS). There will be a limit of 25 teams in both competitions. These events are held in conjunction with the LSU Horticulture Department plant sale that is held at the Parker Coliseum next door to the Chili Cook-Offs.
